CAP Medical Training, Inc. has definite objectives in order to fulfill its desire to participate and achieve an ever-growing market share of the exciting industry that it is entering. Three key objectives of CAP Medical Training, Inc. are as follows:

• Penetrate the market in the business of operating a training center that provides specialized training for healthcare workers.
• Develop employee capabilities to ensure a strong foundation for participation in a rapidly growing company.
• Increase sales and revenue.

  
  Our purposes are as follows:

• To develop special first-step medical training in the communities to qualify student for higher level of professional training.
• CNA, LVN, RN, NP, MD, and technicians.
• To increase workforce in the community.

  Ultimately, CAP Medical Training, Inc. strives to generate a higher rate of employment in our community by fostering job-readiness through our training services. In the longer term, our organization plans to branch out to serve other communities in order to bring about lasting positive change.
